While the steak is the undeniable star, everything around it reinforces the experience. We couldn’t resist one of our favourite – slow smoked beef ribs, and let us tell you, it was the best rib we’ve ever tasted, hands down! Next to that thoughtful sides centred around seasonal produce, well-chosen wines, incredible flan for dessert – a menu that feels edited rather than exhaustive. Quality quality quality! Nothing is there by accident.
