On a typical rainy morning in Amsterdam, Kami pedaled through the glistening streets of Jordaan, her destination: a quaint café for a work meeting. What she didn’t anticipate was that, on this seemingly ordinary day, fate had a significant twist in store for her.
Zac, having recently stepped away from the tech world in 2023, found himself in The Netherlands. It was a journey of reconnecting: bringing his mother back to her homeland and revisiting family ties. A connoisseur of fine coffee and a lover of dawn’s early light, he settled into a cozy corner at Luuk’s in Jordaan that very morning.
By some serendipitous arrangement, Kami and Zac ended up side by side. Amid the hum of the café and the gentle patter of rain against the windows, a conversation began. In a city foreign to both, they discovered an undeniable connection.
Drawn to the story they began in Amsterdam, Kami soon found herself flying to Malibu. Amsterdam was but the prologue. In Malibu, their bond grew even stronger. Kami, heeding the call of a shared future, left her life in Amsterdam. With the ocean waves in the background, they thought about traveling the world and starting this blog together.

An extroverted introvert who thrives on adventure, creativity, and the serenity of nature. She’s a world traveler, a culinary wizard, a linguist, and an advocate for our planet.
Kami’s wanderlust spirit has taken her on a journey, that counts having lived in seven different countries and nine cities around the world. Her curiosity for diverse cultures has always been a driving force in her life.
Tourism, gastronomy, and sustainability expert by education, she also rocked the kitchen of numerous renowned Michelin-starred restaurants around Europe.
Fluent in five languages, and willing to learn more as she goes, Kami is happy to put them in practice during this breath-taking travel around the world.
Happy and thriving in both habitats, whether it’s camping tent or a luxurious hotel. But you will never hear her say the word “all-inclusive.” Her love for nature and yoga harmonize perfectly, as she finds solace and rejuvenation in the peaceful sounds of the great outdoors.

Zac’s adventurous spirit knows no bounds. You’ll often find him participating in a range of water sports, diving deep into educational YouTube content, playing tennis, taking pictures, and asking thought provoking questions. There’s few hobbies he doesn’t enjoy and almost no game he will not play.
As a friend, Zac is one of those people who actually will always be there for you. He showers his loved ones with thoughtful gestures, sound baths, BBQ dinners, and annual camping reunions. His network spans people from all walks and stages of life.
Zac possesses a remarkable ability and passion to learn. Currently, Zac is particularly interested in the power of the subconscious mind, cultural nuances, macroeconomics, and world history.
